Our new approach to the BenefitsDirect platform still provides you with the same flexible, transparent, and accountable approach that we proudly introduced to the Canadian market in 2011. However, it’s now more efficient and effective than ever for our clients. The new scope of services is as follows for groups with up to 100 employees.
- Memberships will no longer renew annually, rather each organization will configure services as required by BenefitsDirect in a “shopping cart” approach.
- BenefitsDirect will no longer charge separate membership fees; we will be implementing and reporting a transparent flat commission level for the services in place for our clients.
