Alternative Quotes

Should provider options be required, BenefitsDirect will market the plan and provide alternative quotes for consideration.

Vendor Change
Timeline: 30–60 days
Provider change facilitated with paperwork and oversight.

Renewal
Timeline: 30–45 days in advance of renewal date
Renewal received and pricing negotiated based on standard underwriting models, including lower management fees.

Additional Services
Timeline: 30–45 days in advance of renewal date
Should Consulting/Benchmarking/Auditing be a part of the scope of work, it will be performed either at this point during intake or at plan renewal, whichever makes more sense depending on account specifics.
